Title

How to use OBS to ship packages upstream

Description

The Open Build Service is a tool that enables anyone to create packages for several distributions. This can change the way we distribute software, by allowing upstream to easily build packages for their software. This session will help people get started with OBS.

  • Vincent Untz (vuntz@opensuse.org)

Format

Training/teaching session.

Expected number of participants

10-20.

Everybody is welcome. Feel free to add your name to this list (no obligations, you just express your interest).

  • Name of participant

Additional requirements

Vincent is leaving on Thursday afternoon, and might be in a meeting for the whole Wednesday.

It'd be nice to have a projector, and internet access is required.
